There's something about living in a trailer for 3 weeks that makes life simple. When all of your possessions can fit in a regular sized Glad garbage bag, you take notice of what you don't have and make do with what do have.
With the exception of one day, the girls haven't been in the toy room for over 5 weeks.
Barbie houses get made of seashells:
And new games, like 'spy wars' are invented using garbage bags for costumes and water sprayers for weapons.
Don't get me wrong. They would die to have something like this in the backyard:
But for now, I like to think that living simply is something I can hope to carry through the rest of the year.
At least until the Christmas lists are written.
